Poker Pro Loses Full Tilt Poker Suit

Clonie Gowen, a former Full Tilt Poker professional and member of the Full Tilt professional player roster has once again failed in her attempt to sue the online poker room for $40 million.

The beauty queen claims that when she was approached by the worlds second largest online poker room with an offer for her to represent the site she was offered a 1% share of profits of the site via an oral agreement.

Gowen is currently playing under the sponsorship of the worlds biggest online poker room Pokerstars but was seeking to have the deal that she claims was made by her former sponsors.

The well known poker beauty has now made 3 attempts to have the case heard by the courts with the view that she has a strong case for the awarding of the money she claims that is still owed but with this decision been the same as the previous 2 attempts, the beauty will now have to leave the issue as she has tried the maximum number of times available to her.

Gowen’s case was centered around the claim that Full Tilt Poker was in breach of contact due to not delivering on a verbal agreement.

Full Tilt Poker have also been active within the suit department of the law, creating counter claims against the player, with both parties exchanging law suits like they were trading cards for the past 12 months.

The U.S district court judge revealed that the reason that the suit had been thrown out again for the third and final time is that Gowen couldn’t present enough evidence to be able to have the courts act on her claims and so can’t stake claim to any loss of earnings compensation.
