The 2010 World Series of Poker is quickly finishing up and event #56 has been completed. The event was a no limit hold’em tournament which had a buy-in of $2,500. The tournament had almost 2,000 players competing which created a total prize pool of $4,466,600.

Event #51 of the 2010 World Series of Poker has finished up and the winner of the event was Ryan Welch. The event had a buy-in of $3,000 and had 965 players competing which created a prize pool of just over $2.6 million dollars.

3,128 players registered to compete in the 47th event of the 2010 World Series of Poker. the event was a $1,000 no limit hold’em tournament and by yesterday the event was down to the final nine players. The competition would be tough but in the end it would be Shawn Busse who would emerge the first place winner.

Phil Ivey has earned his 8th World Series of Poker bracelet after winning event #37 of the 2010 WSOP. Event #37 was an H.O.R.S.E event and it had a $3,000 buy-in. four hundred and seventy eight players competed in the event and the total prize pool was just over $1.3 million.
