The Cake Poker Network is a very large network of poker sites encompassing some thirty online poker sites. This is one place where the Cake Poker Network has gotten mixed reviews. They have customer support available by email, phone, and live chat. Customer support seems curteous, but seem to have very little discretion regarding customer queries. While they answer questions politely and quickly when asked basic questions, as soon as the question involves anything differing from basic policy or technical support, they do not seem to be able to help very much. They cannot give any extra bonuses or compensation for any problems in the software or system. This is one thing that could certainly benefit from improvement at the Cake Poker Network.
