ECOOP Returns This May

eccop vi tournamentThe European Championship of Online Poker will be back for its sixth edition this May on the iPoker Network. The tournament series will take place beginning on May 14th and will continue until June 6th. Before the ECOOP begins a mini-ECOOP will take place for those who have smaller bank rolls.

The Mini-ECOOP is just a miniature version of the large poker tournament series. Players can participate in this series from May 14th to the 23rd. tournament entry fees will range from $5.50 Re-buy tournaments to $109 for Freezout. The mini version of the series will have No Limit Hold’em and pot limit Omaha as the games of the various events.

The Mini version will have $600,000 in total guaranteed prize pools and it will end the day before the ECOOP. The Mini version main event will have a buy-in of $75 plus $7.50 with a guaranteed prize pool of $300,000.

The regular ECOOP will start on May 24th with a no limit hold’em $215 tournament with a guaranteed prize pool of $250,000. This online poker series will have a total of fourteen tournaments with entry fees from $109 to $2,500. The main event of this series will take place on June 6th and will be a $1,500 plus $80 tournament with a guaranteed prize pool of $1.5 million. This event will close the ECOOP VI.

The ECOOP will have a large variety of poker games for players to choose from. Texas Hold’em Limit and No Limit, Pot Limit, Omaha, Omaha Hi/Lo and 7 Stud will all be available. Players can also qualify for the ECOOP and mini ECOOP by participating in satellites at Titan Poker. Players can pay for satellite entries for just dollars or reward points. This year Titan Poker has also launched a series of tournaments with small buy-ins for players to gain entry as well.
